Meet Our
Leadership
Samuel Kofi Hayford is a co-founding Managing Partner of Agyiwodin & Associates and one of the most experienced legal practitioners in the Ashanti Region. With a distinguished career spanning corporate transactions, high-stakes litigation, and regulatory advisory, he has built a reputation for combining sharp legal intellect with sound commercial judgment. He leads the firm’s corporate and commercial practice group, advising businesses on governance, mergers and acquisitions, and complex contractual matters. He is an active member of the Ghana Bar Association.
George Amegashitsi is a co-founding Managing Partner leading the firm’s dispute resolution and real estate practice groups. He is widely recognised for his expertise in civil and commercial litigation, property law, and land tenure matters, having appeared before the High Court, Court of Appeal, and Supreme Court of Ghana in landmark disputes. His approach is meticulous and strategic, preparing every case with rigour and negotiating from a position of strength. He is deeply committed to access to justice and the Ghana Bar Association.
Marilyn Coffie is a Partner with primary expertise in banking and finance law, employment and labour law, and regulatory compliance. She has advised financial institutions, employers, and employees across a broad range of matters — from structuring complex loan facilities and Bank of Ghana compliance to employment contract reviews and contentious termination disputes. Ms. Coffie is known for her thorough preparation, calm under pressure, and ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, actionable guidance. She is a member of the Ghana Bar Association.
