Samuel Kofi Hayford
Samuel Kofi Hayford is a co-founding Managing Partner of Agyiwodin & Associates and one of the most experienced legal practitioners in the Ashanti Region. With a distinguished career spanning corporate transactions, high-stakes litigation, and regulatory advisory, he has built a reputation for combining sharp legal intellect with sound commercial judgment.
Mr. Hayford leads the firm’s corporate and commercial practice group, advising businesses ranging from startups to established enterprises on matters including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and complex contractual disputes. His clients trust him not only for his legal acumen, but for his candid, practical counsel and his deep knowledge of the Ghanaian business environment.
He holds a qualification from the Ghana School of Law and is an active member of the Ghana Bar Association. He is known for his measured approach to conflict, preferring negotiated solutions where possible — and formidable advocacy when litigation is required.

George Amegashitsi is a co-founding Managing Partner of Agyiwodin & Associates, leading the firm’s dispute resolution and real estate practice groups. He is widely recognised for his expertise in civil and commercial litigation, property law, and land tenure matters — areas in which he has developed formidable expertise over the course of his career.
Mr. Amegashitsi has appeared before the High Court, Court of Appeal, and Supreme Court of Ghana on behalf of individuals, corporations, and institutions in landmark property and commercial disputes. His approach to litigation is meticulous and strategic — he prepares every case as though it will go to trial, and negotiates from a position of strength when settlement serves his clients’ best interests.
He is deeply committed to access to justice and plays an active role in the Ghana Bar Association. He is known for his incisive legal drafting, his command of customary land law, and his ability to navigate the complexities of Ghana’s property registration system with exceptional precision.
